I propose that the 'all apps' plan be changed.

First, 'all' means all, so the 'all apps' plan should include everything, such as 3D apps.

Secondly, you should be able to choose what is in your plan, like a restaurant menu, and be charged accordingly.

Prices are way too high for personal use (nearly $1000/year).

A maximum amount should be set for an application, and when reached, it should be free to use.
