Please please PLEASE update the file handling for downloading and sharing files and folders.

Ok.

First of all i love the cloud, its so great to be able to just login to any computer and have all my files there. But, and there is big BUT here.

The non exporting of files to other accounts is just rediculus. Im now working on a new company and changing to a new account subscription with a new login. 

The process of just transfering my files from that account to this new one by going sideways and creating a new account in the old company and then delete the user to be able to share the files to the new account and then wait 8 hours to get an email with some really REALLY slow download links to donwload all zipfiles (80GB).

The folder structure is there in the zipfiles but now with the help of your support who even tryed with remote desktop to upload the folders to the new account and it didnt work. 

No the solution is to manually create the folder structure again and thenupload all files one by one to the manually created folders.. Cmon.. Adobe.. its 2024, and even if it was 2019 this is just rediculus.   Im sorry but i think you are missing the point what "Cloud" means.  

I have 80GB of files and folders.. Just imagen the hours i have infront of me now trying to manually create each and every folder and upload manually the files that belongs to each and every folder.. This is crazy..   and we pay quite alot for this service and a simple think like this isnt even possible?  Then why you call it a cloud.  I wouldnt even call it FTP. 

This has to be fixed.. its like the persons developing the cloud structure didnt even work with adobe softwares. Or any other softwares for that matter. LOL.- 

Im sorry im not trying to be rude or anything im just really REALLY disapointed as this is totally rediculus. How can you treat your customers like this. And especially Companies like us. Im just happy im not working at huge company with alot more than 80GB.  jisses.. imagen being that IT-guy. 😞 

Please fix this pronto.
