set the default storage location to a local folder instead of the Creative Cloud synced folder

Would be nice if we were able to choose where Adobe stores files, and not just forcing users to use the synced folder of CCD. As an admin, I got a request to configure all Adobe apps to use local folder by default, and only selected users to use the cloud synced folders (data protection stuff). There is no way to configure this.
