Some benefit for psychically and/od physically ill people? with proof of invalidity.

Hi or Hello, i missing everywhere on where i was benefit for those, who can NOT work absolutely (my state) or very limitedly and in fundament they simply can not afford it. ⛔👉

Please make some program for us poor ill invalides in exchange of  photocoopy of medical statement from State authority in medicine with detailed info about person.
