Stop all Adobe products from creating an "Adobe" folder in the "Documents" folder on a Mac.

I have lots of software and Adobe is the only company I use that does this. I've contacted support and been informed that it's "standard Adobe workflow" and that there's no way to change it. The "Documents" folder on a Mac is not a place for software to automatically create folders... It's obnoxious.

Hi Neelamk,

The folder inside the Documents folder is named "Adobe" and often has multiple folders inside it that are, in my experience, almost always, if not always, empty. I'm not going to answer any more questions about this.

As I noted, I already contacted Adobe support about this issue, provided plenty of information, and was told that it's "standard Adobe workflow" and that there's nothing I can do. So, I'm not going to get in another support discussion about it.

Adobe is aware that it's products do this and I made this post to register my complaint about it. Adobe should change its "standard workflow" so that it's products don't do this... simple.

Thanks, James

Hi @JamesFrancis12,

We are sorry for your difficulties. Could you please provide more information on what kind of folder is created, any names and also for which applications of Creative Cloud Desktop is being made.

We are here to help you.

Thank you,

Neelam
