Stop Auto Running Services & Tasks

I've unticked automatic updates, sync in background, and launch at startup but Adobe still insists on automatically running services and tasks. If I manually disable their services from running automatically through Windows they just switch right back after I update CC or any Adobe app.

I don't want, nor is it necessary, for anything Adobe running in the background when I'm not using their apps.

Support gave me some BS that these services need to run everytime I boot up my machine. Not only is that insulting, it's invasive. Hoping this at least spreads awareness if my voice isn't enough.
