Stop Forcing the 'Save to Creative Cloud' Dialogue on Me

Adobe - please can you at least add an option to 'Don't Show This Again' to the incessant 'Save to Creative Cloud' dialogue box that reappears every time an app is updated - and today seems to appear EVERY time I go to save a file. I'm simply not interested in saving my files to the cloud thankk you very much and the repeated appearances of that dialoguie box is a completely unneccasary impediment to my work flow.

    I was referring to File> open.

    My issue was I went to preference>file handling> Default file location: on your computer which solved the "Save to creative cloud" issue, but the dialogue box kept appearing when trying to open a file. But upon relaunching it seems to be working now for both.

    Can I add to this and suggest the same treatment for "Open..." files as well? Don't plan on using the cloud anytime soon, and it has become a chore to keep closing an extra window.
