The new profiles login is a nightmare

I have Creative Cloud provided by my employer, I do not have 2 creative cloud subscriptions. I do not understand the logic behind forcing every creative cloud user to choose "personal" or "company" login each time they login. I have to login at least 3-5 times to finally access my creative cloud subscription. 

Even simple things like browsing behance turns into a 15 minute process just to login. I understand SOME people have 2 subscriptions and want to keep work and business separate, but I doubt that is the majority of us and it is a huge time waster for me.
