Uninstall Adobe apps

Why is it only possible to uninstall adobe apps via the adobe cc app? In order to uninstall from a laptop that is no longer in use, it first launched the adobe cc app, had to log in, needed a verification code to my mobile, then I had to update the adobe cc app and only then could I uninstall adobe products from my computer. (After I had to stop the automatic updates for every app ... nice!)
A normal windows uninstall would have taken a few minutes, but the adobe cc app uninstall took more than half an hour, and by the way, adobe has nothing to do with me wanting to get one of their products off my computer.
And no, I don't care about all the software bs, like all other programs, I should be able to uninstall it easily in windows settings.
Thanks.

eg, the most thorough way of uninstalling is to prepare for that eventuality before installing and backup your computer prior to installing, then back up data and restore when wanting to remove adobe's files.

also, adobe's cleaner is not a command line tool.

if you wan to uninstal for example after effects from the win settings panel, it autamticaly launches adobe CC ... so what do you mean by other ways?
the adobe cleaner is a command line program from a billion dollar company in 2023. nice!

using the cc app isn't the only way to remove adobe apos/processes from your computer. however, it is the best way (for most users) along with use of adobe's cleaner.
