Userwise Report having license and product utilization details per quarter

For optimizing our ETLA usage, this report will be handy in identifying the users who are not vary actively using the products and services. at the same time product wise (say photoshop, illustrater, primeria pro etc) utilization insights can be generated for the entire licenses.
