P: Perspective correction from Camera metadata not supported for Leica Q3

In LrC, the perspective correction is applied automatically only if you set Preferences>Presets>Raw Defaults>Global to Camera Settings. I do not know whether there is such a setting in LR,

My only issue is the LRC and LR seem to handle things differently. In LRC the perspective adjustment is applied as the image is imported.  You can undo the adjustment should you so wish.  In LR the adjustment is not applied on import.  Rather you have to go to Geometry and select the guided option to apply the correction.  Just seems odd to me that LR does not apply the correction on import... I prefer the LRC approach,  Still it is no big deal as long as it is clear what the user has to do to apply/remove the correction, which it currently isn't.

@Rikk Flohr: Photography, please mark this Idea as implemented -- I too observe that LR 13.1 automatically applies perspective corrections recorded by the Leica Q3.

Lightroom 13.1 supports Q3's Perspective Correction.

Right, LR 13.0.2 fixed just one bug:

(You have to dig deep to find this page: In LR, do the menu command Help > What's New, then scroll to the very bottom and click Fixed Issues.)

LR generally releases a non-patch version every 8 weeks, so we might expect to see LR 13.1 this week or next.

Thank you, Rikk. I can confirm that it works with ACR. Do you know when we can expect an LrC update as well?

Just to let folks know this update to Camera RAW to enable prespective correction for the Leica Q3 when in the Metadata, does not seem to appear automatically as usual. You have to refresh the updates by clicking on the "Check for Updates" button. V.16.0.1 then is offered.
