Where has the secondary monitor feature gone ?I'm just starting to use the cloud version after completing migration (which took a long time). How many more basic features will be missing?

In lightroom classic we can press Y to view the original next to the edit. I would like this feature to be incorporatet into Lightroom CC as well. 

Other apps have a +/– beside the zoom ratios and I find it very helpful to go up or down by one level; e.g. 100%-200% or 100% to 50%. One level = 1 click. If I want two levels, then it's two clicks. With Lr, right now it is 1 level = 2 clicks. This is an inefficiency.

It VERY helpful to have the shooting info (aperture, shutter speed, ISO, even focal length) availabe in the Edit module. Edits are often tied to settings, for example sharpeining decisions are often tied to ISO. it is also helpful when reviewing or comparing images.As it is available in LrClassic, it would be equally helpful to have it in Lr as well; i.e. stop dumbing down Lr as if it for rank amateurs!

Very happy to see Smart Albums in v8! Unfortunately, when I went to create one for 'keyword=foo or keyword=bar' I was disappointed to see that the only option is for criteria to be ANDed together - there is no OR option.   Please allow us to create smart album criteria with all of the common logical operators (like we've been able to do in Apple Photos for a decade).   Thanks!

It is 2023, we have iOS 16.3, and still Lightroom mobile don't support 120Hz on ProMotion devices... Shame! Don't know why we're paying for it...

Für eine zukünftige Version von Adobe Lightroom Mobile wünsche ich mir Folgendes: Wenn ich etwas maskiere, dann soll ich in den Farbeinstellungen dieselben Einstellungen tätigen können, wie ich es auch habe, wenn nichts maskiert ist.Ein weiterer Vorschlag wäre: Ich maskiere etwas und möchte zur Maske etwas hinzufügen, oder subtrahieren. Es sollte auch die Möglichkeit geben, eine bereits erstellte Maske zu subtrahieren oder hinzuzufügen. Nicht nur den Himmel oder das Motiv.

Would love it if you could reverse the Sort By order of albums in the Mac app like you can in the iPad app. I name my albums by date with year first. Constantly having to scroll down to get to my newest albums is wild, and the fact that this hasn't been an option yet is mind boggling 😐

I enjoy scrolling through the community page and seeing what other photographers are producing. I do not enjoy having to scroll by semi nude model photography that i would rather opt to not see. Some of us have religious or otherwise moral views that make such art inappropriate, or some of us might have trauma and don't want to see it. Plus it shows up in the community widget sometimes. A simple filter would be nice. Ironically, I had to edit this post to not say "s***** trauma" so I think that's a good case for a NSFW filter, Adobe.  

Sometime I do wonder if Adobed eats their own dog food.     When a file is deleted it is saved in a delete folder for 90 days.  All good.   However, now I want to recover a file I deleted.   I do not remember when I deleted it, all I remember is when I took it.   However, since I have many, many deleted photos I can not find it because there is only one display option in the deleted file (sort by days remaining).      Would be nice to be able to sort by Creation Date.   This way a deleted pic can actually be found.     

I would like to see a color picker similar to what's in LrC.  Many times I would like to pick a specific color from an image and apply it to a brush or one of the gradients.

I do a lot of product photography using the iPhone 13 Pro Max running iOS 15.1.1 and Lightroom for Mobile version 7.0.2 176DFF/67.   I use the "Select Subject" feature in the Masking Tool and it does an excellent job selecting the subject, but I'd like the ability to save it with a transparent background.    Thanks for considering this suggestion.     

I would like to be able to add a 2.35:1 or custom set crop ratio to the Lightroom crop feature on mobile.

When moving any adjustment slider it would be useful to have a method of moving the slider in a more accurate or slower way. This feature would be similar to the hue "fine adjustments" toggle in the mask / colour mode. However, I imagine a more unified integration without any additional toggle. I have come up with a few ideas in which this could be achieved.   Option 1: The artist would touch the slider knob and hold still for ca. 3 seconds. Then the slider would go into accuracy mode. If the slider is moved in under 3 seconds it would simply stay in the classic slide mode.  Option 2: The artist would double tab the knob slider to activate accuracy mode. Option 3: The accuracy mode could be linked to slider acceleration. Similar to a desktop cursor. This way the slower a user moves the less units will be adjusted.    My favourite is probably option 1 because I imagine most of the time you'd want to adjust quickly and roughly but occasionally you'd need the extr

It would be perfect if you can add the ability to specify an default export folder for exporting to iOS Photos.    

Add multiple lines to Title and Caption fields

It would be incredibly valuable to have the ability to shuffle the order of photos in Lightroom Mobile, Lightroom for Apple TV, and published web albums. This feature would enhance the viewing experience, especially for shared albums, allowing viewers to see photos in a dynamic and non-linear way. A shuffle option could be a game-changer for presenting work creatively and keeping the experience fresh for repeat viewers.   Please consider adding this functionality across these platforms to make Lightroom even more versatile for users!  

Idea: Generate/export PDF contact sheets directly in Lightroom Desktop   Why? Negates the need to have to export files, which wastes time. Also negates the need to use Bridge. It's an obvious feature that photographers use with almost every job. It was a capability that was available in Lightroom previously.

Having information at our fingertips is the beauty of working digitally. However, incomplete information is rather frustrating, especially when we know it is 'there'.   I've requested having crop size added to the Info panel — but still no go!   Having camera metadata is very helpful for those who rely on it. Aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and focal length are all helpful, but they are just the start. I could really benefit from having 'EV' shown, for example. Lr is mature product and being used in place of Lr Classic by many of us. We can see EV in Lr Classic. Bring it to Lr as well!   Solution 1: Simply make the Lr Info panel more similar to the Lr Classic Liibrary right panel. Solution 2: Under Settings, allow users to toggle the camera data they want shown. We know the data is there and Lr is basically database-driven, so allowing us to see more EXIF data would be a huge help and time saver.

When picking and rating pictures in an album with large number of photos - A feature to provide bookmarking where you have left off while working through the culling process would really help with certain workflows.  The suggestion is to add a bookmarking option - A visual marker which can be placed at any location within the album.  Would be most useful on Mobile Lightroom and light room classic.

I'm wondering if the guided upright tool works at all on iPhone (16Pro with the latest iOS). I guess I've tried all kind of approaches for it - and only once I was able to get the guides visible. With the auto option, the result is pretty OK but when I choose the guided variant I do not get those guides - except that one-time success! So, please let me know if the function is just that buggy, or is there something I don't figure out??? Thanks!

I want to include PDF files in an online album. It appears that the only files allowed in a lightroom album are photos and videos. My rationale: Say I'm presenting my child's time in college. There are photos of course, and some short videos, but I also want to include a nice 5-page letter that a professor wrote acknowledging my child's contribution to a project. It would be really nice if someone viewing this album could scroll through that letter in an embedded PDF reader and also be able to download the PDF and read it locally if desired. An alternative I tried is Adobe Express -- it seems to have ways to convert a PDF to a group of images, but that's not really what I want. You would think Adobe (the inventor of PDFs!) would have support for this kind of thing. Is there a way to do this? If not, how can I request such a feature?

Allow me to select multiple photos and apply stars & ratings to the selected photos. Frequently I like to mark all photos as 3-stars, then filter on >= 3 stars. I then start setting photos I don't like to 2 stars to remove them from the visible set. As it is I can't mark all photos as 3 stars in one batch, I instead have to use the desktop to do it.
