Is there or could we have a flip image option on the clone stamp tool
I like to use the enhance feature in Lightroom which helps boost the details in the 12M photos is shoot on my a7s3, but I need to app,y that from my Mac vs being able to do the same from my iPad Pro. I use my iPad Pro as my main photo editing device and I need to keep using the Mac in my workflow which can be a hassle!
I use the keyboard significantly more than menus and the mouse. Therefore, a cheat sheet of commands in Lightroom desktop would be nice to include. Secondly, you cannot search the help system, you can only search the wider Adobe community. please add the ability to search just the help and/or tutorials.
With the use of keyboards on the iPad becoming more widespread the keyboard shortcuts in LR Mobile (for iPad) should Match those on the Desktop application I.e. R = Resize (with support of Enter key to ok / done resize). Cmd-Z = Undo The two above are the most important and most used but also: Increase/decrease selected slider in small increments Up Arrow / Down Arrow or + / - Up Arrow / Down Arrow or + / - Increase/decrease selected slider in larger increments Shift + Up Arrow / Shift + Down Arrow or Shift + + / Shift + - Shift + Up Arrow / Shift + Down Arrow or Shift + + / Shift + - Select White Balance tool (from any module) W W Select the Crop tool (from any module) R R Constrain aspect ratio when Crop tool is selected A A Crop to same aspect ratio as previous crop Shift + A Shift + A Crop from center
I have hundreds of presets. It would be really great if I could make subfolders in my current groups. What's frustrating is that the Adobe preinstalled presets have subfolders, but you cant create your own subfolders.
My Lr keeps shutting down when I use the select subject option, please make an autosave so if and when this occurs I don't lose my work.
Is Adobe on its way to implement the different/all repair brushes/options known from Photoshop to Lightroom (Cloud-based)? That would be awesome. Furthermore:I would like to get the option to edit an image from Lightroom (Cloud-based) in Photoshop Elememnts (not only in Photoshop). Is there any way to handle that? Thank you.
Please add possibility to shoot photos with aux cameras for Lightroom mobile.
Queue for Export in Lightroom The current right click and export feature limits the user when editing pictures, I find often if I want to experiment with different versions of pictures I either duplicate the image however many times is necessary. Or individually try a preset / variation and export it, and then use that same picture to try other desired presets and ideas. Duplicating the image to save copies of each picture variation isn’t too important as when I’m happy with it I export it anyway. And having multiple versions of the same picture on Lightroom can take up unnecessary screen and storage space (if I have an album with 100 pictures in and I try 5 variations for each picture by duplicating the image, there are now 500 images). Therefore I think the ability to queue pictures for export, simply remembering the adjustments made to the picture selected, would greatly help workflow and productivity. Instead of experimenting with a preset, right clicking
I have very limited bandwidth and would like to be able to schedule LRCC photo sync overnight. Like only sync between 11pm and 6am when my internet usage is low. I know I can turn the sync on and off but that's inconvenient and I often forget to turn it back on.
I have many thousands of RAW files in Lr. A feature to convert such files to DNG (lossless or compressed) would be very helpful. This would work exactly like the Convert to DNG already in LrC. There are several reasons that this would be helpful: Reduce the time it takes to sync original files to local storage. For example, when moving to a new computer it takes many days over a pretty fast internet connection to download all of the original files. Reduce the space required to store all of the original files. Reduce the amount of cloud storage required (this objective is minor for me). Also, an option to convert to DNG (lossless or lossy) on import would speed syncing after imports and would be a much better workflow than using the standalone DNG converter before importing.
While clicking images in pro mode using inbuilt camera app of lightroom mobile Android there should be an option for semi manual exposure. For eg, we set the shutter speed to 1/100s & them based on the enviourment the app automatically adjusts ISO. For creative use we can fix both EV+/- and Shutter speed or ISO to be fixed & the third value i.e ISO or Shutter speed remains on Auto mode, using AI or some smart algorithm to maintain the exposure of the scene by adjusting the values
After naming a person the app jumps to where that person is located alphabetically. That is so annoying because I have to scroll down again and look carefully where I was to continue naming additional people, just stay at the same location so I can get on with it.
Last year I moved from LR Classic to LR (cloud-based) for several reasons : - All my originals are backed-up in the cloud, and I can download them on any devie ; - I can edit and organize my work on any device at any time ; - I like the design of the interface better (yes, I'm silly) ; - I don't really need the missing features that LRC has, and anyways, the LR app is improving with every update. There is just one thing that I find very disappointing, and I know I'm not the first one to bring it up. If I want to store all my original files locally, I can do that, but the folder structure is not mirrored on the hardrive like it's the case in LRC : the originals are stored in a year/month/day structure. So if I want to go to my hardrive and select all the raw files from a same trip (that are in the same folder in LR), I can't do that... I just don't understand why it's not possible to have the folder structure sy
When I using Lightroom on Android mobile, I find it very convenient to select images in batches in grid mode for star and flag; But when I switched to iPhone and iPad, I didn't have the function. I need to Mark Stars and Flags in batches I hope it can be added.
Keywords are something central to keeping an organized photo library. LR mobile needs better options to add keywords to photos. Something like the spray painter tool in LR Classic or at the very least a Metadata like sync option to copy metadata to a group of photos. Adobe please get this out.
I use shared album for events/holidays etc. When I add more photos to a shared album it would be great if accepted invitees received a notification that more photos have been added to the album.
Usually I work with Lightroom Classic for real work on my footage. But LR Mobile grows and grows and I am more and more switching to the cloud based versions, because of the mobile functionality it delivers. A part of my workflow is like that: Import new RAW photos and automatically rename an Exif tag it by using the included features in LR Classic. Unfortunately this workflow doesnˋt exist with Lightroom Mobile 7.2 yet. So I would like to see a feature in LR Mobile not just only to import, but also to have same options to have all new photos automatically renamed, tagged and modified Exif data.
I would like you to add a privacy and security feature on the app. I'd like to have the option to do face ID and/or pin code to access my library.
It would save batch processing a lot of time. Imagine if you have a lot of photo from the same setting. And I believe ipad cpu can handle this task. Especially ipad pro.
Please bring the ios app "feature" of dimming or shading rejected flagged photos. Please. I dislike Apple, but that little thing alone helps so much culling a event or sports session (1000+ photos).
Hi, Would be great to have the ability to edit the date a photo was taken in the lightroom app in the exif info, I scan a lot of pre digital photos and it would be handy to be able to do it on mobile as well as desktop.
I had a misconfiguration where LR CC was re-importing a set of presets every time it started, and now I have 600+ duplicated presets in my Lightroom CC. I managed to find the folder on my mac to delete them, which worked great for clearing out my Lightroom CC Desktop, but those changes haven't synced to the mobile version, which still has them all. The presets don't seem to sync, and there doesn't seem to be a way to delete them other than one at a time. Right now I have no user presets under 'yours' on Desktop, but 3 groups with one with 624 on my phone and iPad. I just want to know if there's a way to just wipe out all user added presets so I can start from scratch. The only solution I've seen was from a few years ago which was delete the entire LR CC library. Even if I can just figure out why my desktop CC and mobile presets aren't syncing that'd be a huge help. I've already tried deleting the ios and ipados apps and re-installed them. They are all l
There are 8 different Lightroom iOS widgets available, but none of them allow you to simply view the photos. Can you please add those widgets in the various sizes along with an option to specify a specific gallery?
I shoot directly in Lightroom via wifi and the photos are uploaded as a smart preview to a cloud album directly during the event. My goal is to preview on a 4k screen as the photos come in. So I connected a phone to a TV via HDMI. This works very well and the images look really good in full screen mode. But in thumbnail overview, the photos are very pixelated. Is there any way to improve this?
