P: Assign People tags to pictures that were missed

When can we expect this feature, please ?

I can’t believe this was asked for 7 years ago and still hasn’t been added!

Would also be nice to see face tagging in the mobile version of LR Cloud

The AI face tagging is particularly poor in low light - I shot predominately Live Music and get very poor success in AI identification of faces - a microphone in front of a face often confuses the AI into not seeing a face - and it sometimes sees faces in Guitars!

Any news on this simple, but essential feature?

No you cannot add people with a facial region.

You can add them via keywords so they show up in searches. But the facial region would not be attached to it.

I have many photos where facial recognition has not picked up a person (canded etc) - And it appears in CC you can not manually add a person tag like you can in classic. Is there a way to do this?

It is very difficult to believe that such a long time has passed, and the very basics are still not there. This is true for manual face detection, for smart albums (currently useless), search with and-or, map view...

I am guessing that Hell will freeze over before any useful features are added or restored to LR.  Manual face tagging, allowing combinations of sidebar to be visible etc.  Half the time I am pleased that I migrated to LR CC and the other half  I consider it the biggest mistake I made.
