P: Better error messages on error when failure to add images

The current error message when unable to add an image to the catelog is rather generic and does not provide actionable information to either Adobe support or the end user.

More ganular error messages are required here. Was this a local file permissin error, a read error from the source device, temp file storage issue, server call issue.... where wa sthe error, and what type of error occured.
