I take photos on my iPhone and I want to chose 1 to edit and then post where I chose.  I do not want to auto sync every photo I take with the app.  I have to put my phone in airplane mode to stop this process.  Otherwise my slow DSL upload is all clogged up by this app uploading everything I take.  Please give me a switch to disable the auto sync on the iphone.

That's for Creative Cloud sync space Maarten. That's separate to the Lightroom Sync space, for which they haven't currently announced a limit (but I have 600GB up there right now).

There are no official storage limits quoted anywhere but some users have 100 of Gbs in the Cloud.

I wonder what will happen if ones Adobe CC storage quotum has been reached? Will it stop syncing?

I think I can safely say that Adobe is aware of this request, yet has no interest in addressing it.  Either that, or they are slow as heck.

I just embarked on a trip with a new Ipad and a new user of Lr mobile thinking that this would be the perfect workflow solution for me. Then I quickly run into this issue. What a ridiculous fault in the software and the reluctance to fix it difficult to comprehend. Uninstalling.

Ditto. I have all Lightroom syncing turned of and removed the mobile app.
Also going to give it a poor review on the app store as a result.

I've actually stopped using LR for Mobile.  And I love it, other than this HUGE problem.  If and when it's changed, I'll come back to using it.  But it's apparent that this request is falling on deaf ears.

Exactly as everyone else said. this is Lightroom MOBILE, e.g, one would assume it is used for travel. When you travel you don't always have fast or affordable internet. I would have thought this was a total no brainer.

I am traveling abroad and have a wifi Hotspot with limited data. This means I cannot use the built in camera app to capture raw files since every single one is uploaded. I already have auto add turned off.
