P: Restore Editing in Landscape Mode on iPhones?

Exactly. Why was it removed? This was functionality that I used every single day and I'm definitely not alone.

Charlie.D - I understand that you cannot share Roadmap or Schedule Info. However, can you share why Lightroom iPhone was regressed and the Landscape option was removed? Obviously, there was rationale for that decison. Please articulate the rationale. Thanks.

Unfortunately, I can only comment on released functionality.  I am not allowed to share roadmap and schedule info.  

A colleague or I will update this thread when there is news we can share.

I was so disappointed that the latest major updates didn't include this... It's just so much more difficult to edit vertically. 

@Charlie.D - any chance of at least a progress update here?

I wanted to give the vertical view another chance today. But unfortunately it doesn't work for me just in the rating of the photos, because photos taken horizontally in the vertical view on the cell phone are too small to judge them well.

Therefore my urgent request: Please allow rating and editing in landscape view again. It is still incomprehensible to me why useful and flawless functions are being removed from an app that I pay for every month and have already paid for for many years to come.

Ich wollte heute wieder einmal der vertikalen Ansicht eine Chance geben. Doch leider funktioniert es bei mir nur schon in der Bewertung der Fotos nicht, da horizontal aufgenommene Fotos in der vertikalen Ansicht auf dem Handy zu klein sind um sie gut zu beurteilen.

Daher meine dringende Bitte: Ermöglicht wieder das Bewerten und Bearbeiten in der Landscape Ansicht. Es ist für mich noch immer unverständlich, warum man nützliche und einwandfreie Funktionen in einer App entfernt, wo ich monatlich Geld dafür bezahle und auch für viele weitere Jahre bereits bezahlt habe.

A good year has now passed. When will we finally get horizontal editing back?

I used this option very often to edit my photos on the go. Editing photos in landscape simply doesn't make sense in portrait mode.

Many many updates, including today. .. and Adobe still withholding this core feature. 

Wait Android still has it?

It makmes no sense that it was taken.. I turn off Data Tracking.. as do many users.. This was core funtionality for MANY. 

Look at how long we, the CUSTOMERS, have been hard pressing to have this CORE functionality brought back.. yet no ACTION from Adoble.. Adoble is not listinging to US, the CUSTOMERS.
