P: Restore Editing in Landscape Mode on iPhones?

Wait, am I reading this right? Landscape editing was removed because "most" people edit in portrait? So lightroom is one of those products now? For "most" people? So you don't really have to cater to special or advanced features. Good to know, I will start looking for products for professionals then.

Guys, this is ridicilous, how hard can this be to fix? You completely broke my workflow and I'm supposed to keep paying you?

Been testing Capture One. Can import directly via SE card just like LR. Exports to phone are MUCH less compressed. My 33 MB RAW files in LR go to like 9-12 MB on export. Same files in Capture One are exporting at like 25 MB. Both at 100%/maximum quality. 

Any idea when the implementation will be complete? I've gone back to editing on Pro Camera for now. I prefer Lightroom, but I'm not going to use it if I can't edit in landscape.

I am currently testing Capture One and Photomator. Both have great Raw support and Files app integration. I'm not waiting much longer to cancel LR. 

Please add it back. We should be able to edit landscape photos in landscape mode. 

Adobe why are you making backward moves on 2023?!  You say you removed editing controls on the iPhone because most edit vertically?  False!!!!  Why don't you ask the working professionals using it!  Adobe is a past client of mine commercially get with it already being that feature back or deleting everything Lightroom off every computer and device I own to prove a point it's serious. I use my iPhone religiously to edit on the fly for many and this ruins the entire experience 190%.  Next app update it better be back.  Adobe puts photoshop for iPad Pro out and you still can't even sharpen an image in Photoshop on your iPad what a joke someone is asleep at the wheel over there.  

I cannot upvote this enough. Devs need to just own it.. wa a mistake.. bring it back. Made zero sense to remove that functionality on the smallest screens being used. 

It was already in the implemented section. 

Saying it is an implementation not yet complete and then asking us to request the feature is an oxymoron. Doesn't make sense. Photographers editing photos need to see what they are editing and fill a landscape orientation photo in a switchable landscape orientated interface. Hope this comes back promptly. I will go back to Polarr if this is permanent.
