A must need feature in the next update

I cannot find a set of options in properties panel or options bar that allows me to align anchor points, like we arrange objects and shapes.  Illustrator has this flexibility. 

Also when I add new points in a vector shape object,  the default is set to bezier with dual handles. Can it be set to corner as default?
