Ability to disable items in context menus. e.g. layer panel popup on right-click

Is it possible to disable unnecessary items in the layer panel popup? A picture to illustrate the situation is attached.

If you disable unnecessary functions via Keyboard and Shortcuts Preferences (1), the changes are reflected only in the control panel (2), but not by right-clicking on the raster layer (3).

It does not depend on program version and system configuration.

I second this feature request! I don't use 90% of the options when I right-click on something in the Layers panel. It would be awesome to be able to narrow it down.
