Add a "select HSL-range" feature to enable more precise color adjustments

OK - we got a number of fetures helping us select and blend based on a color range –
BUT it would be great to be able to make a selection not only based on the color range, but also on the saturation and lightness range.
SO I suggest making an optional selection slider in blend-if and hue/sat that can select colors based on the three HSL-ranges. 

This would make it possible to precisely target any and all color ranges with minute precision, such as all colors between 30deg and 120deg, more saturated than 30 and a lightness between 66 and 85.

A simple and very common use-case for this is the scenario with a model shot in a colorfull dress in front of a grey background – this tool would make it simple to select and re-rolor the neutral background to match the dress.
