Add Clone Stamp Jitter Options

The Clone Stamp tool includes scale and angle settings. Adding jitter options would make a big difference when randomness is needed for texture blending.

For instance, I’m creating a repeating concrete texture and need the rough features to vary in angle to look more natural. Right now, I have to manually adjust the angle with each brush stroke, which is tedious.

Would anyone else find a jitter option for angle or scale useful?

Hi Jeff, thanks for your reply. This was what I tried, however the Jitter in the Brush Settings only effects the brush itself, it does not actually shift the pixels that are being cloned by the Clone Stamp tool. Only the Rotate parameter in the Clone Stamp panel will achive the result I am after (as far as I know). Same goes for the Size Jitter in the Brush settings compared to the Scale Settings in the Cone Stamp Panel.
