Add Layer Comps to the UXP Photoshop API

app.layerComps is a common command in some code I've written for Photoshop/ExtendScript. I'm trying to recreate the same functionality in a UXP plugin and hitting blockers.

Layer Comps is a lovely feature, albiet perhaps a hidden gem. So I hope this is just a low priority for the API - not a sign of a feature on its way out. Thanks for taking the time.
