Add scatter option to smudge tool on iPad

I've been using photoshop on Windows OS to draw landscapes for quite some time, and just recently bought an iPad mini to have something more portable. I'm extremely saddened to find out the tool I use the most for blending sky, water, land, etc. is not available on iPad.

My favorite brush is Kyle's All Purpose Blend (smudge), and I can't use it on my iPad because the smudge tool doesn't let you pick brushes like PC does. I didn't know the interface would be so disappointingly different from PC, or else I wouldn't have bought this iPad. It has almost no options to change the way the smudge tool works.

Please add the ability to scatter the smudge tool to iPad photoshop / add more smudge options like the PC version has (see screenshot below).
