Add Shortcut Action for Switching Between Tool Presets

I would like to suggest adding a dedicated command in the Keyboard Shortcuts settings that allows switching between Tool Presets — such as "Next Tool Preset" and "Previous Tool Preset."

Currently, there's no way to assign a shortcut for selecting a different Tool Preset directly. The only available options are for managing presets (load, save, reset, etc.), but not for navigating through them during active work.

This feature would greatly enhance workflow efficiency, especially for users who rely heavily on Tool Presets and want to cycle through them quickly without using the mouse. Please consider adding this functionality to make Tool Preset usage more dynamic and keyboard-friendly.
