Add the Magic Wand to the Select and Mask workspace

Thanks for the suggestions. I still feel the magic wand tool would be a good addition to the Select and Mask workspace (along with anti-aliasing and feather options for the lasso tool). I've run into many use cases where the magic wand simply does a far better and faster job than the Quick Select tool. Yes, I can go out of Select and Mask, make my wand selection and then re-enter Select and Mask... but if we're going to have a separate workspace for Select & Mask, we should have all the tools inside that workspace needed for selecting and masking. 

There are probably better tools for cleaning up after Select Subject or Object Selection tools.  The Magic Wand is useful for areas of similar tone, but Quick Select is a more useful all round tool for adding to a selection, and Quick Select is available in the Select and Mask workspace.

I'd encourage people to have a close look at the Contextual Task Bar, and specifically it's drop down sub menus.  This is for when there is an active selection, and it's incredibly useful.  

Some of the posts I have seen are from people getting hung up on it getting in the way and being annoying, but if you Pin the task bar, it does not lock it in its current position.  It just stays where you position it.  Once used to it, I think it's going to big time saver.  That's my opinion at least.
