Adjustable tool cursor size
In the cursor section where you can adjust the tool settings. Make an adjustment to the brush outline circle where it can be more visible. (make it like 1-3 pt thickness)
When zooming in to 200-300 percent the "circle" of the tool will essentially disappear when working with some skin tones.
