Allow mouse scroll wheel to increase/decrease size of brushes and healing tools.

Use the same command features of Lightroom in Photoshop ... such as the using the mouse scroll when to control the size of the healing brush as it does in Lightroom.

    In Photoshop you can activate option to zoom with scroll wheel. To increase/decrease brush size and hardness use Alt + right click. Drag to the right to increase or left to decrease size. Alt + drag up will soften brush while dragiing down will harden brush.
