Allow mouse wheel to be assigned a function.

I think the title says it all, it’s incredibly silly that clicking the mouse wheel does nothing.

I also clicked the “edit” on the title when writing this and it erased the couple of paragraphs I wrote about how functionally useful it would be. Maybe fix that too 👍
