Allow Photoshop to generate Apple Silicon native Droplets

Currently, the latest version of Photoshop v27.10.0 will only produce Intel droplets and not Apple Silicon droplets. With the ending of support for Rosetta not too far in the future we would like to see this addressed so that we can begin to upgrade our collection of droplets to be native.

Our organization would also like to continue using the Photoshop apps we built for our workflows, since we recently updated our workstations to Apple Silicon laptops.

I thought the whole point of a subscription model is we didn’t have to worry about core functionality being deprecated, because the subscription model gives you the ability to make necessary changes to the apps quickly. I hope this gets resolved before the old droplets lose support.
