Allow remapping of Spacebar "Quick hand tool" functionality to other keys

I've been using Photoshop forever and the Spacebar functionality is a must. However, over the years of using other applications I find that some of the Spacebar's "Quick hand tool" would be better served on a different key. For example being able to use my Mouse's scroll wheel button to quickly move my canvas and other things would be perfect. Unfortunately, Photoshop does NOT let you remap this functionality and it's 'hardwired' to the Spacebar.

This request is to allow the default functions of the spacebar (Quick hand tool) to be mapped to any other key including mouse buttons.
