Anchors from Substance Painter to Photoshop

Lets have same kind of anchors  working in Photoshop please.   Photoshop layer system hasn't  got any update for years . It fills so ancient  and so outdated and layesr UI is so inconvenient  and misleading  with  all those  countless redundunt  smart objects copies hiden in clipping stacks inside another stacks.   I sometimes couldn't figure out a thing in my own files.    Lets do smart masks with anchors  or something .  

  All those AI features  are nice and cool  but mostly useless for actual image editing  work.      Lets have some advancement  in other areas please.
