Background Blur option in Photoshop

Pleae bring the BB (Background Blur) option from XD to Ps. It's ridiculous all UI/UX design apps like Figma, Sketch and Lunacy have this option, but Ps (which is their grandpa!) doesn't have such a simple option! I know how to mimic this effect (by duplicating the current layer, adding blur, then masking unwanted parts of it). Ps has to have a separate panel (with one slider) for this effect. XD is a joke for UI/UX design. I had a try, but I can't work with XD. I am an old Ps user, and I can say Ps is a beast vs those kids (at UI elements design).
