Bulk or Mass freckle removal

Is there any way (or this is an idea for Adobe) to designate a particular area and particular spot (such as a freckle) to where the software would mass remove anything of that color and replace it with what you'd get using the Spot Healing Brush?

As it stands, my wife is VERY freckly and even has other white areas where she appears to have lost pigment in her skin.  Doing this in Photoshop one click at a time is making my hand fall asleep.

So if it can't be done...Adobe, can you help?
