Can PS migrate my plugins when it updates please?

Hi,

Our PCs are locked down pretty hard at my company. Consequently I can't copy anything into the programs directory, like for example plugins, without admins signing into my PC. This is very annoying. Is it possible to have a plugins directory in our User directory which I can write to?
