ChangeLog Inconsistencies Between Apps

As I move (stumble) through a myriad of Adobe links for various applications I notice a drastic difference between support of the Creative Cloud apps. By far Acrobat seems to provide the greatest level of technical detail updates on their app.  Why are the other Adobe apps not as well supported?

I have not found anywhere else on Adobe this level of detail on what changed.
