Changes to the way "Crop and Straighten Photos" works - add a "Keep edge" option

When I scan old photos I tend to scan several at the same time to lighten the workload.  I love to keep the border of old photos intact - the tattered edges and slight staining gives character and shows the photo has history.  However the Crop and Straighten tool removes edges, cropping neatly into the photo.

I would like to suggest an option to enable the photos' edges to be kept.
