Choose save directory

Photoshop on windows has different screens to select the save folder for your files, when you select the "export as" after configuring the output of the file have to select the destination folder in a specific way, and when you select "save to web" it's another way, attached example:

It would be very useful if it was just an interface for both situations, preferably the interface of "export as".
