Colour for actions without button mode

Can I suggest adding colours for actions - when not in button mode - which let's face it doesn't display either folder names, toggle item on/off and toggle dialog options on/off.

So if youf you have lots of actions your options are somewhat limited. Hense the suggestion. 
You know its a good idea.
