Controlling HSL for individual colours Is missing in Photoshop for IPAD

I miss this a lot, even photoshop express has it. As for now you can only control HSL for master (all colours at the same time) If i want to make a blue lighter and with less hue and more turquoise i cant do that without effecting the other colours to.
