Create selection of a whole group of layers by Ctrl + click on a folder icon

I've been working in Clip Studio Paint for some time. To select a whole group in there you just press Ctrl and click on the group folder. Couldn't be more simple. If you have a groups within a group, within a group, that just saves huge amount of time. 

I don't know how Photoshop users haven't asked for this feature yet, so I guess I'll start. Please incorporate Ctrl + click for creating a selectin of a whole group (whole folder) of layers.
