Current & below option for Remove tool

For non-destructive editing, having "Current & below" setting for Cloning, Healing, etc. is key - it was a huge plus (truly a game-changer) when it was introduced many years ago.

The new Remove tool is very helpful, but it only has a "Sample All Layers" checkbox! It needs the same three choices as Clone Stamp. Healing brush. etc.
