custom SBSAR filters please

Please Adobe , let us use SBSAR files done in Substance Designer  as custom filters  using  layer RGBA as a single input  at least.     So far only height to normal map working.  Anything more complex I try shows perfectly nothing.  I need  smooth curvature filter badly  in Photoshop.   I need no of those generative AI features , no Ai credits  at all   and now it seems its only thing Photoshop is developed for.     

Please let us use Photoshop in capasity of Sampler . At least partly.   Because lets be honest , Sampler is slow , cluncky and inconvenient.  I don't even need real time render preview .  Just make SBSAR work in Photoshop.   chatGPT will do us the rest.
