Delete brush strokes from multiple selected layers at once when marquee tool is used.

This request is pretty simple.

Presently, photoshop does not allow selecting multiple layers and deleting anything from them at once while using the marquee tool.  Technically, I do not see any logical or technical reason for this restriction.

To repro:

1. create two layers, paint something in both of them

2. shift select both layers

3. use marquee tool to select areas you painted in both layers

4. hit delete

User should be able delete pixels from both layers at the same time, but currently has to select only one layer at a time, which can be inconvenient in some circumastances.  Its a small request, but nice QoL feature.

I am running the latest Photoshop - 25.3.1
