Enable eyedropper in the "colorize" feature in Hue/Saturation layer dialogue

When we use 'Colorize' in the Hue/Saturation Layer dialogue window, it can be every difficult to achieve an exact hue using the sliders. If we could use the eyedropper tool to choose the desired hue from the image and tell Ps to colorize with that color, it would save a LOT of time and frustration, and acheive a much better result!
