Enable mousewheel zoom-to-cursor in Liquify

Why does Liquify still not have this feature?  I want to be able to place my mouse over a certain part of the picture and scroll-in, just like in regular Photoshop.  Only in Liquify, the scrollwheel zoom doesn't aim toward the mouse cursor, it just zooms in general, so, one still has to manually move the picture after the zoom action.

The algorithm for this is trivial.  I've implemented it myself in my own UI projects.  Can't we add this to Liquify, please?
