Expand Shortcut Capabilities in Photoshop

It would be really useful to expand the shortcut capabilities in Photoshop. Currently, there are some limitations. I can’t assign just any key combinations because many are already reserved. Why not try implementing sequential key combinations, such as (CMD+SHIFT+Y, Y)?

Additionally, it would be great to have the option to assign shortcuts to the Tool Presets panel.

I suppose the Fill and Fill Opacity/Flow shortcuts for values other than even multiples of 10 are already sequential but aside from that sequential shortcuts would not seem like a good idea to me – a matter of taste maybe.

As a work-around for Tool Presets you could record their selection in Actions and assign Function Keys to those.
