Feature Request: All Black Color Theme for Low Vision

Hello,

I'm a visually impaired Photoshop user and would benefit from an option to have an all black color theme, rather than simply a very dark gray. As with many other low vision users, my eyes are sensitive to light, and being able to make everything as dark as possible helps me to have a more comfortable workflow in Photoshop. 

Alternatively, Photoshop could also integrate with Windows Contrast Themes, so that users custom accessibiltiy settings for vision could be applied to Photoshop.
