Feature Request: Improve Performance of "Flip Horizontal" with Many Layers

Hello Adobe Team,

I’m writing to kindly suggest an improvement to the "Flip Horizontal" function in Photoshop, particularly when working with documents that contain a large number of layers.

In other software such as PaintTool SAI 2, this action performs almost instantly, even with 500 or more layers. Given Adobe’s leading position in creative software, I believe Photoshop has the potential to achieve similar efficiency.

Would it be possible to optimize the "Flip Horizontal" feature in a future update, so it performs more smoothly when many layers are present?
