Feature Request - Libraries tab functionality for local assets.

I would like a local assets version of the Libraries tab.  

The Libraries tab was a great setup for managing my assets (overlays, backgrounds, etc.) but I used up the 20GB cloud space in a few days. I have all my assets stored locally, and would like to be able to see them in the same format as the libraries tab to organize, and find what I need quickly, without having to leave Photoshop.

 This, for local assets.
